I've started to look into that. One thing I am going to do is contact a local Therapist to talk to. I can't exactly do A.A. as 1. It never really worked for me. 2. If I run into one of my clients from where I work I could lost my job, and I can't have that. As I start to learn more I will come up with more to the plan, but I think talking to a therapist at the least is a good place to start.
