I'm new here and want to sign up for 24 hours. I've been struggling for a while. I've been able to get myself through 3 days without a drink pretty regularly but it usually is followed with four or more days of drinking daily. Friday's especially suck. It seems every Sunday I commit to changing things in the coming week but it never works out. So I'm trying this as a way of doing something different. With that said I'll check in again tomorrow.
