I had trouble sleeping for quite awhile too. When I got exhausted, I would finally catch some sleep. I figured that being tired during the day, was so much better than being hung over and tired.
Keep up the good work, you can do this!
Thankyou! the bit about being tired is better than being hung over AND tired really helped - and will be my mantra when I return for a long shift at work on saturday.
