Congrats on day 5 Laska. Your sleeping patterns will improve with time. It's just your body's way of adjusting.

I had trouble sleeping for quite awhile too. When I got exhausted, I would finally catch some sleep. I figured that being tired during the day, was so much better than being hung over and tired.

Keep up the good work, you can do this!
