Just don't drink today, like Frank said, and then do the same thing tomorrow
It does get easier when you get through the first few weeks--the benefits really start to show and you get through the withdrawals.
Don't quit and stay determined--change takes some effort-- and I think taking the walks and lifting is a great idea.
Lots of hot showers if you feel cravings and can't sleep seem to be helpful too.
Eat good food and don't let yourself get hungry--that can be a trigger
