Speaking of whitening teeth... this is almost one of those things from my past that makes me cringe to remember, but I didn't go to the dentist for like 8 years when I was drinking, etc. By the end, I had so much black tar built up on the back of my teeth that I was completely mortified to have to open my mouth for them when I did finally go to the dentist after getting sober and quitting smoking cigarettes and weed.
I had to go in for two long cleaning sessions for them to get it all, but now my teeth are all nice and clean. And now I go in every six months totally confident because I don't smoke anything and am super careful about flossing/brushing every day.
On that note, 24 more for me.
