Wow! I was sitting outside this morning enjoying my coffee in the sun, listening to the birds, and then it dawned on me. I was happy. I was content. I was smiling. I felt rested. I was sober. I was hangover free. I was shame free. I was not angry and upset with myself. I was refreshed! It's been a long long time when I felt like this on a Monday!
