thanks everyone for the kind words - it was in a large part because of SR that I managed to do so well this year up until mid-April.
I'll be OK job-wise - going to take the Thoeng job, its really beautiful and only an hour away from CR, meaning I'll still be able to come back at weekends, see friends and suchlike.
Coming up to 48 hours since last drink - don't feel quite 100% yet, but a damn sight better than 48 hours ago. Still feel a bit weak, low mood and suchlike but apart from that OK. Only issue is according to the scales I've jumped back up 2 or 3kg in a week, but imagine that's mostly water.
