Day 4.....
So day 4....Oh day 4. I'm still sober barley as I had so many urges today. Overall is was a good day that I spent with a friend to keep myself busy....some shopping and more shopping. While shopping my X calls and my anxiety strikes. Oh how I wanted to drink my night away but I won't do it. My urge is strong and I turned to eating(can't make that a habit).
My withdraw symptoms were light most the day. Terrible sleep again(the dreams are still strong and the bed is so empty), the anxiety really hit in the afternoon so to the lorazepam a had to turn and I'm starting to think that I'm getting withdraws from my lorazepam now...blah.
Anyways enough negative. I did rent movies to entertain myself and the first one was funny, second one awful lol. I got great news on a job opportunity and hey I'm still sober!!!! Tomorrow is day 5 and I will pray for the strength tonight.
Ps- if you're sober youre sober??No birthday cheats bc mines coming up and I'm feeling sad about that lol.
