Was at the gas station yesterday and, had a big urge to drink. I really wanted "just a couple beers". Played the tape forward to how I would feel this morning. I also reasoned why I wanted a drink and, found that the H and T of HALT were playing a big part in my urge.When I finished filling my truck, I went home without any alcohol. So, no hangover for me this morning. Taking another 24 also.
