Today I went to the gym for 30 minutes. This really improves my mood . I made oatmeal for breakfast with non dairy milk and coconut sugar, then drank a pot of loose leaf green tea.
had I drank last night I would have slept in, craved something greasy for breakfast, would take ibuprofen for the headache, thrn turned on Netflix , and feel lazy all day.
