Yes, I wonder what changes you made in those 55 days besides stopping drinking. Sometimes if you add something like an exercise routine, yoga, getting back to an old hobby, it will help you to continue to feel good.

I loved Drinking: A Love Story. It was the first book that made me feel that if she could do it, I could do it.
