Pouncer, thanks. We've been married ten years and over that ten years he's had more stretches of sobriety time than me. He just gets that itch. He knows how to get sober. Just gives in. Doesn't fight it. But honestly, I think I'm better prepared to stay sober than he is. He's worked the steps in AA. He's been to treatment several times. But I come on SR and learn. How to be paying attention to what's going on mentally with urges. Not something I saw in treatment too much. Or not stressed urgently enough.

FaD, my eyes hurt now. That is awful. Why? Though it's not as bad as the "I hate my mom" tattoo I saw on a guys face at work. Childhood issues??

So, I'm going back to living my normal person life where I get things done on the weekend and my biggest regret is not having enough time.
