Leshar, the cravings will pass. Our dear CarolD said she used to time hers and they lasted about five to seven minutes. Are you hungry? Did your pretty bird eat up your toast? Are you rested? Angry? Lonely? I'm not sure where you are but can you get out and walk? That used to help me.
I couldn't sleep last night, so I slept way late which is sure to mess me up tonight. I have only one room left to clean top to bottom so that's progress.
I have some disappointment and sadness today. It's out of my control. I need to let it go.
The world is a very weird place. Most days I just don't understand it. Or even worse, I do. Ultimately, I can only be responsible for myself and my contributions. Keep my "street" clean.
