As far as volunteering - this may blow you away, but I don't even feel worthy of that!! I am afraid I might say or do something wrong and therefore make something even worse. Sad, I know. But there I am.
There is no such thing as "worthy" when it comes to volunteering. Most organizations will even teach you how to do whatever it is they need you to do.
Don't overthink this...just do it. You will be pleasantly surprised.
