Okra milkshakes? Ack! Ack! Oh god no!
So, how did we all survive the Weekend festivities? The brunch was nice, food delicious, the hostess and friends fun! However, I really get bored while everyone drinks. And it wasn't a pound it down sort of event. It was just a nice, sip and sup. But I got bored. I kept busy by helping the hostess with tidying up and serving.
maybe I am just getting to be an old Fuddy Duddy. Yes I can hear you all gasp and shake your heads and cry out "not you, LeeLee!!!". But it did all seem like too much work for me. And I did overfeed. And came home and then overslept and missed a committment I actually do care about.
So, today I will stick close to home and catch up on mail and housework.
