Just posting to say I'm at 3 months and feeling pretty good. I have to make some life changes but am okay where I am. For those just starting out it gets easier and you can do this. I still have some triggers and probably always will. I still have times (5-10 min) cravings but as long as I don't buy in mentially and start to plan I'm good.
So just wanted to say hi - show off that I made it 3 months and tell new comers that it gets better.
I'll also take any advice from those folks who have more time on what I can expect over the next 3-6 months.
