I know how you feel.
All I can offer is this; Dust yourself off, renew your resolve, focus on the reasons you'd prefer sobriety, ask yourself how you can give yourself greater support and what ACTIONS you can take to reinforce your choice to be sober this time.
Also; ask yourself DO I REALLY WANT TO BE SOBER? And if the answer is yes... then make a commitment to yourself that you will be this time. And say out loud "Please, help me".
