Small steps: I am grateful that I realize and can finally admit that I am addicted to negativity and drama. I am also grateful that I realize I am afraid of happiness and small talk.

Today I am keeping it very simple.
I am grateful for peanut butter, ice cream & choices. Also, being OK with the fact that life is not going my way but knowing it's all gonna be OK.
