I wouldn't live there for 5 grand a year
or 50 grand a year

No price could be paid to leave the weather here in southern California. We can wear shorts 99% of the time.

Alaska is a rich State that has no problem sharing a little of the wealth.

Also, I hear that it is not the best place in which to get sober. Boring and cold in the winter.
