Days 3 and 4 were always the hardest for me too. Didnt really seem to get substantially better until end of 2nd week. Just went cold turkey from abusing opiates pretty hard for 4 years. I am on day 57 now and while I am not 100% - I can go out to dinner and go to work without feeling like its the hardest thing ever. I wish you tons of luck - it can be done! This is my second attempt to stop and it really is the best thingI did. The first time I failed because I started taking kolonopin instead of opiates for the wd - stupid mistake.
