I totally agree that for many just deciding to stop drinking is a challenge and is very difficult. I know I had my moments over the past year of wanting/needing a drink so bad I almost shut down. But I persevered, I used this site, and I stuck to my decision.
I still get the thought of having a drink, I'd be lying if I said I didn't. But I just laugh at that thought now - I don't drink silly.
