Day 13
This morning I had a cravings that was actually the most intense I have had so far. It wasn't physical, but just a really strong voice saying "alcohol/drugs aren't really that bad. You had a lot of fun with them". I had to take a couple deeps breathes and remind myself of all the bad they have caused. It passed after like 15 minutes. The rest of the was pretty good. I hope everyone remaining sober out there is doing well.
