Sometimes there's gonna be a few rough days and then some not as rough days, in my experience sometimes a new day brings some new emotions and feelings, hopefully better ones!!
Though probably checking in with your Dr is probably a good precaution too, to be on the safe side, if time isn't working as a healer!!
