36 hours...
Good morning, just checking in. Well I made it to the 36 hour mark things have calmed a little since the wife and I had our spat. I couldn't sleep very well last night and when I woke up after finally falling asleep I was drenched in sweat and shivering under the comforter. Felt pretty hopeless and restless last night too but I don't feel the urge to use at the present moment, about to walk into my college algebra class so I'll check back soon.
Thanks for the cyber support, I'm glad to know I don't have to go it alone.
