Hmmmmm.....ive been having some dizziness
the past 2 days, but sober a good many yrs now.
Yesterday was bad and today im better.
Ive been trying to jog my memory as to what
caused my dizziness and cant put my finger on
it. Hmmmmm....
At 56, it could be my body changing again.
I eat okay, take vitamins, sleep okay with a
fan to keep me cool. Could be the weather..
just don't know.
However, im absolutely sure it isn't a horrible
hangover from alcohol. I definitely don't need
alcohol to remind me how I hate that dizzy
feeling you get when drunk because there's
other things in life that make me dizzy easily
like motion sickness.
It maybe time for a check from my doctor one
of these days even tho I don't like going. Oh
well, this too shall pass. And for you too.
