I'm cutting it out too. No more daily ice cream, candy, desserts, etc. I ate a lot in the beginning when I quit drinking cause it helped with cravings. But I need to move on now and lose some weight. I also believe that sugar was making me feel lousy. It's an addiction that has to be controlled.
