I cut the junk food out of my diet a couple weeks ago and I feel great. Still a little sugar in my coffee, cereal for breakfast, so I do put some sugar in me. But as you said, no more sweets for sweets' sake, ice cream, muffins, cookies. My own experience with that has been positive.
