Fisher. It would be hard to cut all sugar but I'm going to cut out ice cream, cookies, muffins. I never really ate them while drinking but I'm eating them daily now. I'm noticing a direct link between my mood, energy level and thought processes after I eat them. I will still have some honey in my tea but it's a different kind of sugar. So yes the processed crap. The sugar in fruit and pasta and such I'm not going to tackle just yet. But the junk has got to go!
