Yay, first day done !
Admittedly I haven't been out the door but even so I'm feeling more positive. Going to see my doctor tomorrow to see if he will prescribe me 1-2 weeks worth sleeping tablets. My self control is at it's worst when I'm tired. I don't want anything long term, just enough for a very short while.
Anyway, I'm in for the next 24 hours (10.07 pm in UK) and I WILL be back posting a success tomorrow.
