I was panting, dragging, pushing and pulling myself to my 30 day mark. In my mind I just had to get to that 30 days. Then after I got there? I was like - Okay? Now TOD just count the days as they happen. And here I am! 200+ days later.
You'll get there jmag! You will have thoughts along the way of wanting to use. Let them slide thru your brain like water flows thru your fingers. We can't stop our thoughts from happening. We can stop ourselves from using because of those thoughts!
