If you done any reading of the thousands of posts here on SR, there are effective things you can do to ensure you quit drinking. Key point: doing them.
If you don't know what those things are that you can do, make your next post, "What can I do to ensure I make it past one night?"
Or walk into an AA meeting and ask someone there.
