I feel for you, and you will be in my prayers. Good for you for getting to a meeting! I'm so proud of you! You won't regret going. And you'll have a nice reminder of why life is worth living sober when you watch that dance performance beforehand. You can stop feeling ashamed and regain your integrity... it's definitely a process, and it will go in fits and starts (speaking from experience here!), but if you stick it out, you *will* succeed.
