Thank you MeasMan for your insights and sharing your experiences. This is all new to me and great to get feedback from those further on. My plan will be to stay out of pub/bar thing for now, but do other stuff instead, solitary and social. I'm intrgued by AVRT model and will read more. Fits with my philosophical view of evolved mind/brain.
