I get the same AV reactions every weekend, and would often time my binges so well I kept my drinking a secret from my employer for years. You need to make a plan right now, get outside (not on a drive) and take a long walk, maybe go see a matinee, anything to kill the time you would otherwise be doing drinking. You have to exhaust your body and mind with exercise and positive thoughts
Half the time I relapse is with instantaneous decision making and boredom. Removing the impulses and boredom I am fine
