Thanks for your post! I needed to read that today. It's reality for all of us if we keep drinking. I'm having a hard day myself...that AV is whispering in my ear. :-(
My AV has been whispering in mine too. I have been the gym this evening and then spent around 2 hours in meditation. This really worked for me.
We have made it through another day without drinking, the hardest days are behind us, we just have to show the AV that it us or them.
