Keep It Simple!
My sponsor is wonderful / terrible about drilling this into my head over and over. One time she even had me write it on my hand in with a black pen for a month! lol This alcoholic-addict has been complicating her life for many, many years and changng patterns, habits... shifting perspectives, takes some time, too. But it's working and I am keeping it simple now (... er, mostly).
