V and Trachy, thanks for the support. I've had depression issues for as long as I can remember. It's been pretty good for awhile but when I get stressed it does tend to come back. I'm trying to push myself to get regular exercise. If I could walk the cat that would help but that wouldn't work too well, lol! I got a Gear Fit yesterday to help motivate me to move more. I still need to set it up and figure out how to use it.
