In rehab, my counselor said "Non-alcoholic beers are for non-alcoholics"! That stuck with me.
I myself stay away from N/A beers and wines and go with something else. I don't cook with it or keep it in the house. I've simply stopped playing that game. That's just what works for me, I guess.
