Step 5 is a great step. Just ask yourself honestly if you left anything out?
That one or two secrets you maybe determined that you were never ever going to tell anyone?
I held on to a couple first 4&5 step and it was not good.
Eventually got them out 2nd time around and the relief was tremendous.
