Hi guys, so this is my second post on this site. Finding it really useful. I'm 8 days sober
my parents are away this weekend so Im home alone. Yesterday was pretty tough for me. It was Saturday so I was dying for a drink but I powered through and made it through the night. Recovery is such a hard thing to go through but I woke up this morning and it is SO nice to wake up without a hangover (especially on Sunday). I know its only been 8 days but already I'm sleeping better, eating better, I feel more energetic and less anxious. I van honestly say for the first time in ages that I have hope for the future
