home is enough
As I was walking the dogs this morning, and thinking positive thoughts for the day, I know how grateful I am for a warm place to live this winter, and warm food to eat. it seems so simple, but it's so comforting. As I go through the day today, and the urge to drink alcohol hits me, I will come back to these thoughts, and have a cup of tea. Hopefully, I will make it.
