OK... have big thick beef short ribs roasting in the oven. They come out and I get the veggies together... fennel, carrot, celery, taters, onions... soften them up and add fresh tyme and sage... and good beef broth... here is the trick ingredient... Pomegranate juice in place of red wine... Oh wow is this gonna be a great meal.
I love things that I cook slow and have lots of steps so I can stay busy all day.
