how about 5 years of gratitude?
September 8th, 2009. A three day weekend and I was toxic when it was over.
This place saved me.
I can honestly say it's pretty much been the best 5 years of my life. Another sober Christmas coming up. My monetary situation is much improved. I'm not wealthy but in much better shape since I'm no longer on the vodka diet.
I also retire from my job in one week after 33 years.
I thank everyone that's been a part of this wonderful place. I didn't go into rehab. Like a dummy I just cold turkeyed my drinking. Didn't sleep the first 3 days. And lived on this board soaking in anything I could get from it.
I just bought a new iPad and it imported my old favorite places. Couldn't believe I rem my password. I just wanted to express gratitude to those that saved me.
