Tomorrow morning I'm going in for an abdominal ultrasound. In particular to check out my liver. I'm sober, seeing my counselor regularly and I've been doing my best to care for myself... eating good meals, taking my vitamins, drinking lots of water and getting plenty of sleep... so we'll see what the outcome is.
