90 hours and counting
Well, 90 hours is a guesstimate as I was so blotto on Sunday afternoon I'm not totally sure when I had my last drink.
Already my skin is better. Still feeling lethargic and headachy. Started a temp job last night which finished after 4 hours as no work (so back looking). On the way home I had to drive past two supermarkets. A little voice said 'a small bottle of wine won't hurt'. A big voice slapped me round the face, told me to not be dumb and sent me straight home alcohol free. A small victory perhaps but I felt pleased.
Sitting here I've just realised the agitation has died down too.
I've only been here a couple of days but have read so many wise words. Thank you all x
