I'm fascinated on how many people go through withdrawals without medical intervention. I was too much of a wuss to do it alone, so I medically detoxed. That said, please see your doctor. He/she may give you some benzos with a taper schedule. The benzos will help with the symptoms and prevent seizures. No need to do this alone.
