Well it seems like my withdrawal symptoms have begun to peak but at a much later time than last quit. Sucks... head ache, some anxiety, head spinning a bit. But trying to stay hydrated...
Now that I am keeping a journal of sorts, I am writing this down for something handy to have and carry around with me. It is just a pocket size note book... filled with ramblings.
