For Christmas, I want to feel good, and grateful. For the New Year, I want to know that 2015 will be my healing year, without a single day marred by black outs, or wasted life.
I have a hike planned for Christmas Day with one of my Sons & plan to "lay low" here at home New Years Eve....with a good movie & seltzer water so that when I wake up to the New Year, I will be clear headed & enjoy a walk by the river.
