Checking in.
Doing well. Went to meetings everyday since quitting except for today because I really couldn't find one and I have this gross eye thing going on. But I went hiking and prayed and have no desire to drink, so I'll just have to wait until tomorrow for my Book Study group.
I haven't found a sponsor yet. I'm having a hard time going up to people because of my social anxiety and shyness, but I'm sure it will happen soon. I'm starting to come out of my shell a little bit.
I guess I'm on day 8 or 9. I've stopped obsessing about the number of days and started just concentrating on getting down to the business of sobriety. I hope everyone else is doing well.
